Note:

Kindly click “Add Applicant” and enter your child’s details. Click “Save”. 

Then Click the button ”NEXT” (below “Add new Applicant”)  and then enter the Parent’s details, then click “Submit Application”.   

You will receive the message: the form was successfully submitted.
